ACAS Employment Helpline

ACAS is an employment advice service giving advice on a wide variety of employment issues for both employees and employers. They also provide free template letters for employees to use, including both grievance and disciplinary letters. Clients can find a lot of useful info on their website before calling. Clients should have their contract of employment on hand before calling.
