If your situation is urgent (e.g. risk of homelessness, no heating/electricity, or food), please contact the following services immediately: 

Help Through Hardship 

Call Citizens Advice Foodbank Referral Helpline on 0808 208 2138 
Open Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. Free and confidential. 

Community Kitchen 

Free evening meals for all.

Housing Emergency Assistance 

  • Brent Council Homelessness Team 
    Call 020 8937 2000 (Option 2), Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.

  • Turning Point – Single Homelessness Service 
    For individuals/couples without children

If you are threatened with homelessness, complete the online Housing Assistance application. A housing officer will contact you within 5 working days.

Need help with energy bills or fuel vouchers? 
Contact Citizens Advice Brent Energy Advice Project via our online form or call 020 8438 1224 to book an appointment. 
We aim to respond within 3 working days

General Advice and Local Support

    Open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 10am–4pm 
    Note: the service not available on Wednesday.  
    (We can only assist those living in Brent). 
  • Walk-in Reception (for vulnerable clients or those with access needs only): 
    Visit: 270–272 High Road, Willesden, NW10 2EY 
    You will be triaged and advised on the best way to access further support. 
    Please note: we do not offer same-day appointments and reception areas can be busy. Patience is appreciated. If you do not have access needs and there is no immediate emergency, we may ask you to contact our Helpline, use an alternative helpline, submit an online advice request via our website, or access the information available on our website.
